Step 01
Starting our Relationship
Together, we will meet to understand your organization, understand your accounting needs, and discuss services that may be considered for your business

Forensic Audit
As part of getting to know your accounting systems, we will review the existing accounting software, transactional processes, and internal controls
Step 03
Planning
Together, we will review our forensic audit findings, set immediate “fix it” objectives, and select the comprehensive services you deem appropriate for your organization
Step 04
Start Up
We will meet with your personnel, create protected access to your accounting systems, and begin work on your “fix it” objectives
Step 05
Probationary Review
Once we have completed the “fix it” objectives, we will review issues and opportunities we have encountered. Together, we will develop financial objectives for the next quarter
Step 06
Quarterly Review
We will meet with you on at least a quarterly basis, to discuss the status of the work, review any new financial suggestions, and update financial objectives for the next quarter
